@OnceHuman_ Hi. I just installed the game. Earlier it says Maintenance on servers, but now it says "Low" in green text. So I assume maintenance is done. But when I click "Start Game" I'm receiving system notification saying "Failed to get server information. Please try loggin in again."

What's happening? A few rain last night and I got 5g to 4g with 0.50kb/s on average. We didn't just lose @PLDTHome @PLDT_Cares and will have to wait for freaking 36 hours. Now the backup Data from Globe is acting up too? With no notice in all providers? Shame. *sigh*

36 hours of service interruption is unacceptable without giving your customers an explanation as to why this is happening. I contacted you and you said an estimation of resolution to the problem by 2AM of Oct. 9. It's now 6am still no internet.
