@cactender Debate is almost always a good thing, so long as both people enter with good faith. For me at least, it's a chance to both defend my thoughts, learn why someone has their thoughts, and maybe come away with new things to consider, even if neither side changes their mind.
@SonicHero3D I've been watching too many animatiors because now I can't ignore cloud driving in front of barret to hide them just placing him in the truck to avoid trying to animate the rest of it 🤣
@CrazyKhaos08@tendertiefling Ah, apologies for missing the joke 😅
Unfortunately there are more than a few people who will start saying someone is too autistic the moment they stop masking 🙁
@CrazyKhaos08@tendertiefling If autism is involved, then the emotional dysregulation from a sudden change, especially one that's disappointing, can be very hard to work through.
For me this manifests in an infuriating refusal to play games if I don't get to play them the day I'd planned to. It sucks.
@echoeslament I don't know how far you are, but a big problem for at least 2.0 and I think some of 3.0 is that markers weren't really standardised, so you have to learn by experience which attacks to stack for, which to spread for, etc.
Luckily they get much better at that which helps a lot
@IronSoulXCI@ZaSouru Yeah, they turned it into a solo duty. Same with cape westwind. Only realised when watching a friend go through them very recently 😅
@crystal_exarchs A few easy tips
If you're max level, look at what tomestone materials are selling well and put those on the MB
Raise your crafters to 30 and work on your desynth skill to turn unwanted gear into more sellable materials.
Remember to extract materials from your gear to sell.
@linkkling Given that's my preferred way to play (figure out fights for myself), it's both a reassuring lens for me personally, but also my thoughts towards others who are learning a dungeon for themselves.
@linkkling I taught myself to use a different lens.
Rather than feeling like they're disapproving of me if i fail a puzzle, I choose to believe they're rooting for me, remembering when they had to figure it out themselves, and not wanting to take the discovery away by explaining.
@_rhodetodell You're going to be fine on both. The difference between a great and good healer/tank is just confidence gained through experience.
You can do it, you just need to realise you can
