@icyJL uh i think it's cuz of the patch itselft, happens to me every time there's an update for 1 game at least on a ryzen 5 5600 and a rx 6600, not saying this will solve your case but restarting the pc fixed it for me this time... maybe has to do something with the riot vanguard
