Analyzing 447 patients, we found that SETS AIN-to-ulnar transfer provides strong functional recovery, with 80.6% achieving MRC ≥3 and 64.4% reaching MRC ≥4. Earlier surgery (<12 months) and traumatic injuries were associated with better outcomes, with a low complication rate of 7.9%.
Grateful to my co-authors and collaborators for their contributions. 🙏🏻
