Only in Ag class... they have been learning how to read pig ear notches. For practice the students notched their birthday, in bologna that they cut to look like pig ears. “Mrs.Arrington, this is the weirdest lab I’ve ever done!”

Ms. Hill's AP Statistics students learned how to use a chi-square goodness-of-fit test to determine whether a sample data (sample of M&Ms) are consistent with a specified distribution of a categorical variable (Mars Company's stated color distributions).

Seven groups of Research II students presented their ROV prototypes to a panel today. This was a great collaboration with GSU and Honey Ridge Farms. Can’t wait to see which group gets funding to build their ROV to test the ponds at Honey Ridge!
