@SpotifyCares Said advisor gave no reply when I pointed the misinformation I'd been provided and instead escalated to the 'next level of support' (how many levels are there if this is number 4)

Spend nearly three hours talking to Spotify support to move to the new basic plan + all 3 advisors tell me different things. The final one tries to tell me I'm already on the basic plan and then asks me to 'trust them' on cancelling my current subscription to swap over (1/2)

@SoftyGMB Although Jay-z does claim the plane they tracked wasn't his. I used Taylor swift as an example because she has the highest CO2 output, but also because she's the most famous. We should be holding ALL climate terrorists accountable.

In 3 months Taylor swift produced 138 tons of c02 emissions (it takes the average person 35 YEARS to do that) to see her boyfriend, and rather than hold climate terrorists accountable for their actions we got paper straws and had affordable cars banned from city centers.
