All the people in the hockey world that have said "Raddysh has had one good season" are the same people who turn around and say that Kesselring is a bum "because he only got 2 points last season." Both players are good, though their last seasons may be outliers...
@415SportsRumors I have preferred Stenberg the entire time, it would be interesting if it's Verhoeff based on the kind of players Grier likes. We will see in a week.
@puckjarvis Certainly. Not very good sarcasm that the only thing that tips it off is some weird thing about Seattle that doesn't make sense. Cause... I am the demographic that should be insulted...
Yes and no. I LOVE Spence for going to San Jose, exactly what we need especially after grabbing Kesselring. He doesn't play exactly like Ghost, but he doesn't need to imo. I want him to be super responsible and feed the forwards and the offensive D like Orlov and Dickinson
Elliotte Friedman: I'm looking at this guy Jordan Spence here and I'm saying okay, after watching what Shayne Gostisbehere just did...am I a team out there who's looking at Spence and saying, can he be Gostisbehere for us - FAN Hockey Show (6/16)
Alright, let me put it in the air. The targets I want Grier going for:
(Pipe dream) Power
Spence
Nystrom or Legault (really any of the RD prospects from CAR)
In my eyes these are the prime targets. I don't want a long term contract for an offensive defenseman.
As PWHL and NHL FA gets under way, don't forget that San Jose drafted a terrifying lineup of women just days ago!
Ryan, you have earned my trust, bring it home!
So a 5th and a big contract. This is a tough one, I don't know what to expect out of this. Saw the stat saying Kuch had 15 of his 22 primary assists, Toronto has some puck movers but that is a big ol chunk of change. A lot to put on his shoulders with little other change so far.

@pacificteal Absolutely! When I saw it on stream I couldn't help but to think about the continued stream of support for hockey advancement in China by San Jose. The China Sharks, Haoxi Wang, and now Tia Chen. I love the diversity of the PWHL draft for SJ and Chen is going to be a wall in net!
More tidy work from Grier here. Picks up a former Will Smith teammate, big body guy, for a pretty low price. He'll fill in on the Cuda, but is someone who could find a depth role on the Sharks in the future, at this price though if he doesn't make the show it's still a good trade
Covering the first 3 rounds of the PWHL draft yesterday was wonderful! Edwards is an absolute gem! I never got to experience the Sharks expansion, but I imagine fans were as excited as I am now seeing PWHL SJ being formed. I know I'm not be alone, I gotta get an Edwards jersey!
Going to catch up on some recent news. This trade A+. While 7 spots in the first round is nothing to sniff at, this is Grier buying low. 1 year removed from a 30+pt season, 26yo, RHD. Even if he isn't what he was in Utah, this is exactly what San Jose needs, and a great price.
This is a sick update! I hope this logo transfers to the jerseys this year, I still need to pick up a Cuda Jersey and if this is the center crest, sold!
