@Im_not_hickin Glasgow will be recruited on her UK passport, so won’t be deemed as an import. Also fairly sure Tiana has UK ties, but unsure if she has UK passport. Otherwise, they would not be able to play in same circle at the same time together.
@s0lar__is@SarahSecz But also imagine being the first player shafted once a TBirds games get close. She’ll get more of a go at Swifts, potentially build connections with Klau for Diamonds?
@tehecaed Not necessarily a third umpire, but the umpire who doesn’t need to be watching what’s ahead of the ball. So in this instance, the umpire on the near side should be able to call the over-a-third.
@ameliajordan_@NgamandlaMpini1 People get older, form naturally dies out. BA has over contracted players and not refreshed her list. Swifts have been blessed to have had such a strong attacking end. So let’s move on from this “attack vs defence” narrative when it’s a team sport.
@nettyjane5 Quick to forget were second best defensive side last year and riddled with injury this year. Would be interesting to see the turnover stat from Swifts attack end this year? From watching, it felt pretty high. You can only stop so much ball.
@hanna97477 For the club to consider to not renew BA’s contract - there must be bigger internal concerns going on. I doubt an assistant coach would influence executive decisions.
