School council had their final meeting of the year this week. We discussed the positive changes they had implemented and reflected on their time together. Certificates were given to all students in this year's school council!

Kerren and Becky from Coca-Cola came and spent an afternoon with some of 6th Form on 14 July. They told the students all about the history of Coke, which they found interesting and tested their knowledge with a quiz. We are looking forward to working more with them in September.

On Wednesday, 6th Form participated in an Aspirations Day with Nottingham City Homes. They learnt about the different trades such as plumbing and role playing relating to working in a call centre. All students enjoyed their day and gained some valuable work related skills.

Josh & Wiktor were given awards through their Friday college sessions with school at the Pre 16 and Schools Awards evening at the Admas Building.

Josh Armes received a Special Recognition Award.

Wiktor received student of the year for Sport.
