Year 2 enjoyed their Science investigation today! Our key question was: โwhich is the best way to keep our hands clean?โ We used glitter to show the germs on our hands and used different methods to find the most effective way to keep cleanโ๐ผ๐ฆ
Of course we had to experiment with the obligatory Jaffa Cakes which the children really enjoyed at the end of the lessonโฆfull moon, half moon, total eclipse ๐๐๐๐๐
Year 4/5 are studying the vocabulary and writing devices the author has used in our class text โDigging A Hole To Heavenโ They are recording new vocabulary, devices and structures in their word books to be used in their own setting description later this week.
Year 3/4 had a great time at Coxley Woods this morning. We carried out a minibeast hunt and identified trees by their leaves. Super behaviour and learning all round! #creepycrawlies#nethertonscience#KS2Science
Year 4/5 have enjoyed learning lots of history about our village Netherton and how it changed and evolved over the century. Thanks to all then parents who supported our walk.
