I understand everyone is very busy during this time! I work along side DWP so I understand how busy it is however we are doing our jobs, making sure people have their money ON TIME so what’s taking holiday company’s so long to reimburse people?? @OntheBeachUK @Fly_Norwegian

@OntheBeachUK your last update was 7th April it’s now 22nd what is going on?? I’ve been told 28 days to receive money for flights but it’s been well over 28 days! How hard is it to give people their money back? If this was us with late payment you would cancel our holiday.

@OntheBeachUK still no word about my refund! My holiday was cancelled on the 16th March and it’s now a month on. I was told it would take 28 days yet no one has even been in contact with me. I keep receiving generic emails/messages updates but nothing specific to me. Fed up!
