@MikScarlet@DannyLee1980@suffolkcc Imagine if everyone had to climb a ladder just to enter a building, and then we blamed the people who couldn’t climb it for not "trying hard enough" to get inside. ♿
@MikScarlet I hear you we just relocated
It’s truly a mystery why I’m not sitting here weeping with gratitude over the ramp I had to fight for and pay for myself, isn't it? I'm rearranging non widened doorways and apparently that's very inconsiderate of me
One of the grimmest political tricks of the last 15 years has been convincing the public that disabled people are a bigger economic threat than tax avoidance, private outsourcing failures, or housing costs.
@MikScarlet@SatonmyButt@LondonFire One percent promised by the other 💩 show never got built
These lying 🤡? Reduced that to zero
Existin housing stock? non-existent and a dfg system still based on how little can be offered and how much the whole household must contribute to a loan ? Less than last year
@Chuffin_ell@rightmove Nope not even close ten years to pay a premium with only bare minimum access of a shower instead of a bath .social housing list 47 years
@MikScarlet it's still all negative about us really isn't it 😢 they still see disabled people as liars, at worse or an inconvenience at best deliberately ignorant of the fact people just want the same as everyone else and no more it's stinky 🤗
@johnadgrady@stephenctimms It’s over 3 years ago since I had the opportunity to go and meet MP’s to talk about my experience of PIP as a none work related payment and the fact for many families it's used for ordinary household expenses from necessity it's not enough actually whilst you cut it
Just saw another bloody politician spouting crap about PIP being an out of work benefit without being challenged by the journalist. Do your job you dicks. We need a law making it a crime for politicians to lie & journalists need to be sacked if they don't do their job.
@Conservatives The question I have to ask you yet again is this: why do your “reviews” end up negatively impacting disabled people’s lives because they focus on disabled people themselves as the problem, rather than the warped systems meant to support you created —
No shit Sherlock, because if they are disabled at 16- 24 they will still be disabled 10 yrs later.
PIP is NOT an out of work benefit.
Literally what is the expertise of these people that they can’t deduce simply facts ?
Unless of course there is a hidden agenda 🤔🫤
