Steve going back in time to be with Peggy is still one of the worse, out of character decisions they randomly pulled. And it's entirely on endgame. It was clear Steve was meant to move on from her. She was an old wound, not something he can fix.

I loved Infinity war, I don't just count it as a triumph in the MCU but in general an amazing movie but I've always disliked Endgame.
