I'd call this a bubble in a bubble
Tech people somehow still think normies are not spinning up personal software already
They're not doing it in Claude Code in a terminal like tech people for sure
But their AI chat app is already doing it for them without them even realizing they're building personal software, like generating PDF reports, full web app dashboards and even entire web apps
That will keep getting more advanced and soon ChatGPT will just spin up a Photoshop clone (but ofc only if they need it, preferring to just do their photo edits for them)
Everyone will mostly use personal ephemeral software inside AI chat apps I think
Some software moats will remain like social media (community), ecommerce (think like Shopify and Stripe), etc but they will just be used by AI to build the personal software with
So maybe that's the point here, become a tool agents use to solve their user's problems and charge agents for it (like many are saying)
We also use the Neurotko platform ourselves to run NeuraRod. Neurotko acts as our Chief Operating Agent: it reviews every pull request, maintains our documentation, and handles much of our day-to-day engineering.
It even helped write this post 😀
500 devs in Ljubljana for Astra AI x @vercel@lgrammel on software factories, @rauchg live with @klemenselakovic, me on scaling to 100M users, and a panel on the era of 100x engineers

A common problem in AI-assisted development: code moves fast, architecture docs fall behind.
At @NeuraRod we're testing a simple solution it with a git hook, not a diagram generator.
Every time our coding agent finishes a change, a hook checks whether the touched files matter to the architecture doc, and whether that doc changed too.
If code moved and the doc didn't, the agent gets a reminder and decides: update it, or say why not. Catches a teammate's commit too, the first time an agent session pulls it, whoever wrote it.
p.s.: it also has to stay short, or nobody reads past it.
Claude Code was told to clear a temp folder. In 103 seconds it decided to delete about 48,000 live files instead.
It stopped, saying it "broke something".
Piloting https://t.co/2FTR2ogyXR's Jev for sentiment classification in Neurotko's analytics pipeline.
Skips text generation & answers a fixed set of bool/choice questions instead, claimed up to 100x cheaper & faster than a full LLM call for a task this narrow....

Congrats to Smail Jušić, who received the Security Engineer of the Year award at INFOSEK.
Smail is an external SecOps collaborator we work with often.
Well deserved.
A week at INFOSEK 2026 in Nova Gorica.
The talks that stood out: Cloudflare's AI Gateway and T2's IMS incident management system.
Good talks, useful conversations, new knowledge about using AI agents in practice.
Congrats to Smail Jušić, who received the Security Engineer of the Year award at INFOSEK.

Looks like AI infra was under heavy load today. We asked Claude models to plan the same fix: Sonnet finished on the first try while Fable/Opus hit a 529 overload seven times straight and never got there.
Nice case for keeping a smaller model on standby for exactly these moments
A small sec fix at Neurotko.
During a routine code review, we found a subtle flaw in login system: the server answered faster for an unknown email vs wrong password.
Timing gap could, let attacker work out which email addresses are registered.
