@sarahegaither @ajshackman From a first year PhD student, the professional dev. sem I had this quarter was largely focused on jobs out of academia, how to get tenure/ what happens if you don’t and this was really helpful bc it taught me that getting tenure is not the only thing a PhD can offer you.
