Hi guys! We’re outside that U building on the Glasnevan campus at the clubs and socs fair from now until 3! Come down for some sweets and info on the society this year :)
We will be in the U-building showing some information about neurodivergency from 12-3 and in the Pairc Room, KA115. in the U-building from 5 showing some videos about neurodivergency.
But we will remain a space where people can come regardless of diagnosis or identity. All neurodivergent people and our allies are welcome. However racism will never be welcome in our society.
We stand with Black Students of DCU in saying Racism is not welcome in DCU.
Today we stand in solidarity with Black students of DCU at the BLM protest outside the U at 1pm.
We want to be very clear that Neurodivergent Soc is and always will be an anti racist society.
BIPOC Neurodivergent people are always welcome in the society.
we wish that went without saying but we recognise that BIPOC Neurodivergents are more likely to be erased, misdiagnosed and underrepresented than their white peers. We regoncise that the medical system is unfairly catered for white men and therefore too many people get left behind
