Helping people grow their brains. COVID, Brain Fog, Alzheimers, Stroke, Parkinsons, or you & your kids. Foods boosting BDNF & neurogenesis. Science-backed.
Apple peels contain quercetin—promoting neural precursor cell proliferation, cell cycle exit, neuronal differentiation & survival of newborn neurons. Apple flesh contains DHBA—increasing neural precursor cell proliferation & accelerating the maturation of new neurons.
@maxlugavere@grok You are abusive. Daily you attack everyone else's intelligence while you claim to sport a Genius Diet. Only frauds attack other people's intelligence daily.
@maxlugavere@grok No. I have an IQ of 180+ PERIOD. You don't get to question that because it is well documented by 6 different schools. Just because someone states facts about Neu5GC & heme iron does not make them a "cult". There's dozens of scientists who did that research. They aren't in cults.
@MichaelOkun They have an easy screening for Lewy Body in Japan. They use a ¹²³I-MIBG myocardial scintigraphy. It detects sympathetic nerve degeneration around the heart which is a hallmark feature of Lewy Body. The synuclein deposits heavily around the cardiac autonomic nerves in Lewy Body.
@maxlugavere@grok Dude. Just shut up. There's nothing wrong with me. You've got to be the first and only person on the internet to attack me like this in all the decades I've been on the internet. The issue is you, not me.
Barley’s rich β-glucan fiber drives microbial butyrate production in the gut to epigenetically uncoil BDNF growth genes. Its native hordenine alkaloid boosts monoamine neurotransmitter signaling in the brain. Barley's GABA reduces stress-related suppression of neurogenesis.
@ValerieAnne1970 I figured it was a combination of dirty masks when they couldn't breathe and the immune system inhibitors given to them. They gave immune systems inhibitors to stop the cytokine storm. By doing so, they couldn't fight off COVID. Tocilizumab, Sarilumab, Dexamethasone
@Fa21519230 Yep. Most of the oil sits on coastal sea shelves. During the age of dinosaurs sea levels were higher. There were no plants nor dinosaurs there.
@maxlugavere@grok Insulting other people's intelligence on a regular basis doesn't make you look smart. It burns bridges. Someone posts scientific facts & you react with a paranoid delusion accusing them of being in a cult. Most psych majors take the classes for self diagnosis of their own issues.
@DrKristieLeong@davidgmillsatty On that Gesher Benot Ya’aqov Homo Erectus site. Not all foods were the best. The healthy foods they ate—grapes, olives, figs, pistachios, plums, jujube, beets, fennel, watercress, radish, mustard, acorns, Rubus sanguineus.
Expand table in article.

@DrKristieLeong@davidgmillsatty Agreed. This thread came up weird in my feed. Don't know the beginning of it.
Here. Homo Erectus anthropology. BIG plant eaters.

@davidgmillsatty@Mega_Halifax@simonmaechling That's not true. Some of the best dietary evidence came from the homo erectus site in Israel 780,000 years ago. All the stone tools were used for plant processing: pounding roots, rhizomes, berries, nuts, acorns, legumes.

@Localizefoodapp Elderberries are good for the brain. Lots of anthocyanins. If you can't get fresh, Sprouts sells dried elderberries with the spices at the self serve area.
@DJMotoNoir@HealthRanger 1-2 tablespoons deer antler shavings, equal parts rosemary, garlic, thyme, wormwood/sage, 1-2 cups red wine. You can use ox bile in place of deer antler. Ox bile is better antibiotic for killing plague, deer antler is the better tissue healer.

Mallow contains scopoletin which inhibits MAO-B preserving dopamine levels. The anthocyanin in its leaves—malvidin—activates TrkB/ERK/BDNF/NGF, which decreases microglial neuroinflammation. Mallow's polysaccharide—glucuronoxylan—feeds gut bifidobacteria—their SCFAs cross the BBB.
@HealthRanger Another one that worked from the Dark Ages was more of an immune system booster. Included wine, garlic and rose hips fermented to boost the immunity variable of the rose hips. Not all survived with that mixture though. It was used by Dr. Salinger & Dr. Nostradamus during 1500s.
@maxlugavere@grok One last thing. My mom is an OB/GYN. I read all of her COLLEGE medical textbooks by age 8. At age 8-10, I read the volumes of Pharmaceutical Indexes A-Z. In modern times, that's like reading Pharmaceutical Entries on Medscape A-Z. Don't attack my intelligence EVER.
@GMOFreeUSA Boy. What is it with Syngenta and hormones? Back in the 2000s, they got sued by a bunch of ranchers because they sold them genetically modified corn that rendered their livestock sterile. Syngenta settled with the ranchers. Now they've moved on to sterilization thru water supply.
