HOW TO SET A BOUNDARY:
1. Set the boundary at a time you’re not emotionally activated
2. Clear communicate boundary. Ex: “I’ll need you to call before you just drop by because I’m not always available.”

A gas company in Northern Ireland is cutting its energy bills by 20% in April. It will be their second bill cut since January.

They say that energy wholesale costs are falling so they’re passing them on.

Meanwhile in England, energy bills are rising by 20% in April.
