⦿ The redeem process for redeeming $xNEUTRO back to $NEUTRO involves vesting (Minimal 15d with conversion ratio of 1:0.5 | Maximum 6m with conversion ratio of 1:1).

Extention contracts that unlock various benefits within Neutroswap's ecosystem. You can allocate your $xNEUTRO based on your strategy:

⦿ Dividends: a cut of protocol revenue will be distributed back to the Dividend Plugin allocator in the form of #RealYield. 💰
⦿ Yield Booster: allows users to allocate their $xNEUTRO to a staked position (spNFT), enabling them to earn additional yield. ⇪
⦿ Launchpad: By utilizing the $xNEUTRO Launchpad Plugin, users can leverage the perks provided by projects launching on the Neutroswap Launchpad. 🚀

💧 ͟s͟p͟N͟F͟T͟ 💧
Since Neutro Farm V1 has been deprecated, you can wrap your existing Neutroswap LP tokens to mint 'staked positions NFT' (spNFT) and hold them to farm yield on top of your yield from trading fees.

No more depositing to a certain farm. Increased composability for all.

🏦 ͟P͟r͟o͟t͟o͟c͟o͟l͟ ͟R͟e͟v͟e͟n͟u͟e͟ ͟D͟i͟s͟t͟r͟i͟b͟u͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ 🏦
The protocol-generated revenue will be distributed as follows:

⦿ 60% is allocated to Liquidity Providers in the form of LP tokens.
⦿ 22.5% is distributed to Dividends Plugin.
⦿ 12.5% is dedicated to the buyback and burn of $NEUTRO tokens.
⦿ 5% is allocated to the Core Contributors' funds.

🔥 ͟D͟e͟f͟l͟a͟t͟i͟o͟n͟a͟r͟y͟ ͟M͟e͟c͟h͟a͟n͟i͟s͟m͟ 🔥
To reduce $NEUTRO's supply, we've implemented three deflationary measures:

⦿ Buyback and Burn: 12.5% of the total protocol revenue is allocated for this purpose.

⦿ xNEUTRO Redeem: during the redeem of $xNEUTRO to $NEUTRO, if the vesting duration is not set to the maximum, the xNEUTRO:NEUTRO ratio will be adjusted to a value below 1:1, ranging from 1:0.5 as the minimum. Any surplus $NEUTRO obtained during this process will be automatically burned.

⦿ xNEUTRO Deallocation: when users deallocate $xNEUTRO from a Plugin, a deallocation tax is imposed, typically set at 0.5%. This tax may vary across contracts. Furthermore, the corresponding amount of $NEUTRO will be automatically burned as a result of the deallocation process.

We're very excited about what #EOSEVM and #NeutroswapV2 users will come up with when utilizing Neutroswap Plugins. Everything we've implemented on our second iteration here is based on our value as a community-driven protocol.
