Just wanted to confirm with @Autograph that AG NFTs on @DK_Marketplace are fine and are not subject to the 10/31 burn that is happening with all of the other DK NFTs. This is what an agent of your company is representing to customers.

@DraftKings For people looking to chase this, I am a diamond member and my dynasty rewards have been limited this year due to them shuttering RM. The rewards of diamond have not been worth the chase and DK can arbitrarily decide you don't qualify even if you meet the TC requirements.

Last week DraftKings shutdown their marketplace due to a potential lawsuit on the NFTs on their platform being securities. DK is offering users of the Reignmakers product a payout for their portfolio.

But the shutdown impacted the Reignmakers NFTs along with other NFTs on the platform by the company @Autograph who has since pivoted their site and product regardless of 25 million in primary sales.

About 6 months ago AG had abandon their discord and have left users without any details of the initial product.

Users like @laukialovforev who’s is HoustonBrown77 on DK @mattkalish @JasonDRobins has spent over $500k on the AG NFTs and if you look at his history has not sold. In terms of investments his account along with others like @B_Heals152 a well respected DFS player have been completely mis lead.

In hopes that DK can help write the wrongs of the users impacted I hope you Matt/Jason can have your team reach out to these users or speak with AG regarding the matter.

These users did not receive any payout given the Marketplace shutdown.
