In all honesty I have stopped watching Vtubers and going back to either faceless CC or my usual CC for over a year now

It's not like people that made defamatory statement should not be sued, especially if they're affecting the CC business itself

But, with normal CC that don't have connection to big corpo at least some of them able to take couple jabs

Also they're more relatable in terms of having dreams

こちら、連載中止の判断に至った経緯をご説明いたします。

本連載は開始前より、前担当編集と「1巻発売後の売上次第では今後の展開を巻くので売上は正確に教えてほしい」という認識を共有しておりました。

その後、1巻発売から約1か月が経過した時点で初月の売上について確認したところ、前担当編集より「売上が好調なので、5巻で終わることはまずないと思います」との説明を受けておりました。

一方で連載を進めていく中、ネーム確認や表紙確認の遅れによって作業進行に支障が出ることが度重なる、提出した表紙イラストとは異なるイラストで表紙デザインが提出される、他社取引先との連絡の遅延や不備、打ち合わせが十分に機能せず作画担当と原作担当のみで物語制作を進める状況が続いたことなど、編集業務上の問題を作家側が補う場面が重なったためこれらについて編集長および前担当編集へ改善をお願いし、信頼関係の再構築を目指しましたが、その後も基本的な業務の確認、報告・連絡・相談が十分に行われない状況が続いたため、担当編集が変更となりました。

その影響もあり2巻の発売が延期された際にも前担当編集からの引き継ぎや素材共有が十分に行われないということが続きました。

その後、電子売上の明細を確認したところ前担当編集より「売上が好調」と説明されていた内容と実際の数字に大きな差があることが分かりました。現担当編集に実際の数字を確認したところ、初月売上は「好調」と言えるようなものではなくその時点で初めて、2巻の売上次第では5巻で終了となる可能性があることも判明しました。

前担当編集には、編集業務の改善を求めた際に「作品の展望をどのように考えていたのか」「5巻で終了する可能性はないと言っていた一方で、仮に終了となった場合はどのような展開を提示する予定だったのか」を確認した時がありましたが「5巻で終了することは考えられないため、先の展開などは考えていない」との回答がありました。

そのため、一連の対応や発言の意図について編集長同席のもとで話し合いの場を設けたいと要望し、編集長からも了承をいただいておりました。

しかし、当日話し合いを開始した際、前担当編集は編集長の判断で離席をさせたと伝えられました。
事前の通達なく、話し合いの当事者である前担当編集を離席させるという対応も含め、秋田書店との信頼関係の構築が難しいと判断いたしました。

以上の経緯から、今後秋田書店と取引を継続することは困難であると考え、秋田書店チャンピオンクロスでの『負けヒロインを勝たせたい！！』の連載を中止する判断に至りました。

また、今回の件を受け、秋田書店で配信・出版されている以下の作品につきましても、2026年12月31日をもって配信停止および出版停止とする判断に至りました。

・『はぐれ勇者の異世界バイブル』1〜5巻
・『玉森部長の妄想はとまらない』1〜9巻
・『負けヒロインを勝たせたい！！』1〜2巻、ならびに3巻以降の単話配信

作品を応援してくださっている読者の皆様には、このようなご報告となってしまいましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

『負けヒロインを勝たせたい！！』につきましては、2027年1月頃よりナンバーナインにて再配信および続きの更新を予定しております。

引き続き誠心誠意作品を作ってまいりますので、今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

If your actual claim to begin with is that AI harms the ecosystem and creates dependency on it, then why didn't you say so from the beginning?

The original post was clearly about Inio saying AI might be useful and there was no clear statement to what extend Inio might use it

From saying punpun is a loser to saying that AI will destroy society. Congrats, you've moved the goalpost yourself

My point still stand that you just hate the field for the sake of it. AI itself is a field that has existed since the 50s. Generative AI is only one part of it and you're already foaming to the brim.
