@Fosbat3D Also i think substance painter has function to export model itself, maybe you will find some differences between original and substance version?

@Fosbat3D I think it's related to UV. Try to triangulate mesh before exporting it to Substance painter. If you export any quads or N-gons into substance it will triangulate them by himself and it will affect how texture being projected
