EmEnArts

Hiya! I’m a digital artist who makes all sorts of character art ~Open for commissions!~ ❤️

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@alvinsredcap And they're already over with now like ?? Imagine yelling for something to go away when it's already ended 😒

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@StinkyPoopyRat @konshideout You're fine, they're never deemed siblings in Chipmunk lore 😂
The Fox films are the only ones where it's shaky since they seem adopted
But in the og cartoon they lived on their own until being adopted by a lady named Miss Miller
In the new show they're still called Miller's ☺️

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@GleefulChibi 💯
And by god they need a better marketing team 😂

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

Crawling out of the woodwork because the Chipmunks are being sold -
I'm actually optimistic? Ross and Janice have been at the forefront for so long, and with alvinnn steadily not being their best work it always made me wonder if they're burnt out +

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@TCoolmunk In the article there was a bite about Warner media being on the hunt 👀😅
I will remain in blissful ignorance about the likelihood
But it's certainly more likely than it was a short while ago

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

If AatC is picked up by WB that makes Alvin's line about supporting a charity for homeless Looney Tunes really bittersweet actually 🥺

Alvin being like "...can I join you..?" 🥺

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@GleefulChibi Aaabsolutely, Viacom was the main option that made me nervous
If it goes that way then I'll start to panic properly 😂

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

(yes I acknowledge my optimism is 100% hinging on them being picked up by a decent company 😂)

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

I dunno, ever since alvinnn went downhill with character and story, I just don't think being owned by the Bagsasarians necessarily means the best content for the Chipmunks anymore.
A couple years ago that was blasphemy to me😅 and I know it still is for some. I'll be mourning too

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@TiniestSqueak I completely get it!! I felt exactly the same (and still do) when pricing commissions
My parents also say I ask for too little 😅 so I try and think about minimum wage (which I still can't bring myself to charge so I tend to halve it haha)
You can always message me if you need ♥️

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@TiniestSqueak + I fully respect your decision as the artist of course!!
You are a saint for the work you're doing either way ♥️♥️♥️

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@TiniestSqueak Aaa you are too humble 😭♥️

I hope this doesn't come out naggy but
I feel a duty to share this angle with you because it certainly wasn't going through my mind when I was trying to value my art, and it's one of the reasons I now panic when I see artists undervalue their work 😅

[EmEnArts @NeverGrowUp1958]

@TiniestSqueak I can't even find the words - this is so beautiful! 😳♥️♥️
She looks stunning, not to mention I can really sense the passion you put into the craft

You have an incredible gift! I would honestly pay over $100 for this
