#MHM
@gloria_orwoba The National one has never been established. However, there are 9 counties in Kenya that went ahead and established theirs. It might be interesting to learn from them and how they coordinate MHM activities.
@gloria_orwoba It might be important to ensure that the proposed National and county committees take precedence over the MHM Task forces proposed in the MHM Policy. This will ensure there is no contention and everything is seamless
@gloria_orwoba The Menstrual Hygiene Policy recommends the establishment of a multisectoral team called the MHM Task force at both the National and County levels. These are tasked with the implementation of the MHM Policy, including giving direction on the free sanitary pad distribution.
