"After decades of normalized dependency and corruption, many harmful practices have become part of everyday culture. Changing this reality requires a fundamental shift in mindset. We must teach integrity, self-reliance, and accountability from an early age, while encouraging citizens to actively contribute to building a society that rewards honest work and responsibility." during the @aueuyouthvoices Uganda Youth Power Hackathon.

We recently enacted a law criminalising foreign interference in our Government policy (a.k.a protection of sovereignty) and no sooner had the ink dried on the paper of the statute books than we started discussing whether a person that is both a Ugandan and a foreigner (dual citizen ) should be at the helm of the Ministry of Interior that is supposed to enforce the law!
One of our favourite delicacies is called KATOGO. It is prepared by mixing different foods in the same pan.
