Development
- More drills don’t create development.
The right work, done consistently, does.
Defense 101
- Being able to score might be able to get you on the court. Being able to defend will KEEP you on the court!
Preparation
- Shooting 100 game speed shots, will always be more valuable than 500 lazy shots. Success follows proper preparation!
Free Throws
- A lot of games are decided at the FT line. Get your reps in at practice, step up to the line, and shoot them with confidence!
Floor General
- Good guards look for passing lanes. Great guards create passing lanes.
Defense
- If you can defend, you'll find a role. If you can't, your coach will find someone that can!
Point Guard 101
- PGs must have more than one speed! Great PGs play at different speeds and are tough to guard!
Basketball 101
- More passes = better shooting. Ball movement opens up shots, disrupts defenses, and improves rhythm!
