SEXUAL COMPATIBILITY IS NOT ALL THERE IS TO GETTING MARRIED!
Some of you have turned choosing a spouse into a checklist of physical attraction, sexual chemistry, height, money and “my spec.”
And then you wonder why you keep overlooking good people.
My husband wasn’t my spec oh. 😂
But over time, through friendship, I listened to him speak. I watched how he thought. I discovered how intelligent he was.
This man knew things!
And before I knew it, his mind became attractive to me.
That’s something this generation needs to remember: attraction can grow when there is substance to discover.
You don’t have to be sexually obsessed with someone on day one for the relationship to have potential.
Sometimes, you meet a good person and the attraction deepens as you discover their character, wisdom, values and how they see life.
Don’t reduce choosing a life partner to how badly you want to kiss them.
You’re choosing somebody to build a LIFE with, not just somebody you have chemistry with.
A time would come in human history when people would read with disbelief how betting was so legal gambling companies were sponsoring global tournaments & some of the biggest influencers and legends were endorsing it.
And the whole then would not be morally superior to this one.
The world is sick…. Very sick!
The only answer is Doctor JESUS!
Saints, release His fragrance everywhere you go…
Share the Love of Jesus with someone today.
JESUS! The only answer to a dying world.
A man can be the head of his home and still listen to his wife. Leadership is not dictatorship.
A woman can be successful, independent and still submit to her husband. Those things are not opposites.
Wisdom and humility should be a constant in your home.
@AnagwuCharles@Morris_Monye And are you also aware that there are many other people out there who have been equipped with these skills, many less-privileged people who are being taken care of?? Is it because you don't see it the media?? How una tey dey carry this kain dirty thought sef???
@AnagwuCharles@Morris_Monye Excuse me sir, is it that you concluded that because you see them in church, therefore they do nothing else?? Have you thought about the fact that they use those skills outside church?? How did they even acquire the knowledge to make that video in the first place??
@nwaGeorgie@Morris_Monye To think that some of you still think this way... Are you all so dumb???? Shey na everybody go do tech na?? Or you just haven't seen the ones that do tech, or you're just bitter against the church where we serve the God that owns your life??? Who has done this to you??
Last week, I was deeply disturbed hearing Baba Adeboye say, “Even little children now call me stupid.” Something is going terribly wrong.
There is a DIGITAL RECKLESSNESS spreading through a generation. People now say things behind screens that they would NEVER have the courage to say standing before the person. Social media has given everybody a microphone, but A MICROPHONE IS NOT A MANDATE.
Scripture says, “Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father” (1 Timothy 5:1). Jude warns about those who “despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities” (Jude 8). Peter describes people who are “presumptuous” and “not afraid to speak evil of dignities” (2 Peter 2:10).
These are not casual warnings.
And Christian bloggers, BE CAREFUL!
Do not build your income on the destruction of honour in the Body of Christ. Do not discover that outrage pays and then deliberately keep believers angry because anger produces clicks.
Do not turn dishonour into a business model.
Do not cut clips to manufacture wars. Do not create inflammatory headlines to pitch ministers against one another. Do not monetise insults, rage and accusations and then call it “Christian content.”
There is money you should be AFRAID to make.
There are views you should not want.
There are conversations you should refuse to amplify.
Young people, hear me: the internet has not suspended the fear of God.
You can disagree without dishonour.
You can question without insulting.
You can examine doctrine without becoming abusive.
Do not mistake rudeness for boldness, mockery for discernment, rage for revelation or virality for divine approval.
Scripture still says, “Honour all men” (1 Peter 2:17).
Your keyboard did not cancel that command.
PUT THE FEAR OF GOD BACK INTO YOUR DIGITAL LIFE.
Because some clicks are simply too expensive for your soul.
