Delighted to say we will be holding our final public consultation for Phase 2. Displaying our detailed design proposals at Glassmill Leisure Centre on Saturday 27th October between 10:00 and 14:00; and Wednesday 31st October between 16:00 and 20:00. Come down and say hi!

@feline_one Fair to say we got that message loud and clear. However we need to submit a reserved matters application to Lewisham to get agreement on the final design of our proposals. Which means one final consultation!

@feline_one Hi David, the proposals will remain consistent with the application that was approved earlier this year. The consultation is to get community thoughts and feedback on the detailed design.

@ibf1 @LewishamCouncil @premierinn Hi, thanks for flagging and apologies for any disturbance caused. We can confirm that we had approval in place prior to work commencing. We completed the removal of scaffolding on Friday to avoid the need for weekend working and prevent further disturbance.

We'll be displaying our plans for Phase 2 in Lewisham Shopping Centre this Saturday, between 11am and 4pm. We will also be talking about how we responded to feedback from our consultation over December.

@NatashaCNN @rosamundlc Hi Natasha the previous proposals did not include affordable homes due to investment in roads, river diversion and utilities. However given the importance of this issue we have revised this by looking at new ways we can maximise the availability of homes at London Living Rent.
