Just now spoke with you customer care AGAIN. To my surprise, even after last interaction, return request was not booked. No help in early pickup. It is still the 14th Jan 26(or after, don't know). God saves customers like me. Speechless.

Ordered Godrej cupboard from the Amazon(Rs.24K). Delivered defective that too after 10 days. Customer care -"return will initiate after 14th Jan 26". Crediting the refund amount again will take 5 days after "verification". What kind of service is this? No call. No update.
