She is imprisoned for remembrance — for honouring the victims of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre.

Brexit is a failure and was a deeply unpatriotic act of self-harm, shattering Churchill’s vision of a UK at the heart of Europe.

Whilst we will eventually rejoin the EU, we can only do so by bringing the country - not just a wafer-thin majority - with us.

The Lib Dems have a clear roadmap: first rejoining EU agencies & programmes; next negotiating a Customs Union; before then entering the Single Market as a prelude to negotiating to rejoin from a position of strength.

The Chancellor’s decision to raise bus fare cap by 50% will hit the most vulnerable in society.
