Here’s a good one — @USPS, all the credit card devices we use ask is to hit yes to affirm a transaction, so when will you change the language at post office machines and ask us to affirmatively verify our packages are safe, instead of saying NO they’re safe... Such wasted time

And we urgently need more effective, emphatic, multilingual messaging on ocean safety, riptide awareness and maybe even stark reminders about how common drowning deaths are, from @NYCParks which works so hard on a mission to open our beaches to all each year.
