Iโve mentioned this before, but misunderstandings are a normal thing. People will say things sometimes that they donโt mean it the way you perceive it. Remember, that I make my own judgement of all situations as objectively as possible. Listening to both sides is very important in order to avoid emotionally driven decisions. If you expect me to listen to you unconditionally and tell you that youโre right for everything youโre telling me, then you have the wrong impression of me.
As much as I will respect you directly telling me that Iโm wrong for something I did, I want you to honor it the other way around when I tell you in all honesty that youโre not in the right here.
I believe nobody in my community has malicious intentions which is why I give everybody the benefit of the doubt and call it a misunderstanding.
Expecting me to bend to your will wonโt make me believe you any more.
