Today we began learning our model text called Tree Giants. S drew a fantastic tree giant with lots of details ☺️

This afternoon we began our space topic by learning about Mercury. The children then chose to make fact files, draw picture and use playdough to make models of mercury. We used stones to make the craters in the model ☄️🕳️🪐

Today we used for dienes blocks to represent numbers to 1000 🤩

We finished our " squishy dumpling" themed class charter 🥰

We have started learning about place value and can write 3 digit numbers. This afternoon we made these lovely 3D insect pictures 😊

We enjoyed time outside yesterday 🥰 lots of excitement over finding a ladybug 🐞 the children made it a nice house 😁

Our gym days this year will be a Tuesday and Thursday 🤩

On Wednesday we discussed our class charter and added our ideas to the floorbook. We were then excited to design our squishy dumplings for the charter ⭐🤩
