@Hertz Your EV charging policy is inconsistent. One location says they charge a flat $35 no matter what to charge it (even if returned with 99%), another says bring it back with 75% charge even though vehicle was provided with 65% and another said bring it back as you got it. 🤷‍♂️

@InsideEVs Would love to see this memo. No question it includes “be sure to push these buyers to other vehicles in our outstanding lineup”. We all know these buyers are most likely only looking at EVs… another EV shy established manufacturer. Sad to see them loose potential EV buyers.
