@WalmartCanada I bought a few boxes of heat pads like thermacare. I only opened on box and they didn't heat up at all. Are the other two unopened boxes returnable? I just got back in town and still have a few days left

@ThermaCareHeat on your back wraps, can the pad be attached to the skin with kin tape? Just wondering incase the wrap is too tight for me

Well I get there and my food is NOT under a heat lamp but in a cold room sitting on a trolly. I grab the bag and it's warm so maybe they remade it, WRONG. I get home to cold Chinese food and have to reheat it before even eating it (it was gross btw).

Is now ready at 3:42. Now if my numbers are right that means my food would have been made and sitting somewhere for about 48 mins. So I contact support and basically get told that the food will be warm and kept under a heat lamp for me and if something is wrong just tell support
