@sewateruk So St Marks opened at about 7pm last night and has run out this morning by 10am, with no idea of when it will be restocked. It appears no lessons have been learnt.
@sewateruk Water off in tn2 5 and has been since 1pm. Website says it’ll be off for 10mins whilst you look for a ‘non visable leak’. Having only got water back 4 days ago, I hope this will be resolved quickly.
Pls could you give an eta on when water will be back.
@ThreshedThought The water was on at 5am when I got up. 7.50 now and it’s not gone off 😡 TN2 5. When can we expect a reliable supply as this is beyond a joke having had no water since Sunday?
@sewateruk I would really appreciate some transparency from SEW. Updates state the supply has been restored but will be intermittent for south TW. But, in TN2 5, we’ve had no water since Sun and see no end to the situation. Just tell the truth instead of your own made up narrative
@ThreshedThought I am beyond frustrated now at SE Water’s inability to acknowledge and correctly report the situation. Updates consistently state that supply has been restored to all homes but may be intermittent. That is not the full picture and there are many who haven’t had water since Sun
@ThreshedThought But even though it’s supposedly now on, we have no water in TN2 5, and haven’t had a drop since Sunday at 1pm. How can we guarantee all households get water?
Appreciate all your efforts and of everyone behind the scenes to hold SE Water accountable.
@GregClarkMP @sewateruk Finally an answer that makes sense! Pity SE Water didn’t see fit to tell us that themselves. Still doesn’t help with the fact that we’re day five and counting of no water though. Shameful situation from @sewateruk
@sewateruk Understand everything you’re saying but doesn’t help my frustration when 20hrs later we’ve still not had a drop of water. Still not good enough 😣
