@currys @HisenseUK totally disgusted with the customer service from Pacifica and their subcontracted engineers. Engineers extremely unreliable making appointments to sort faulty washer dryer then not turning up numerous times. Fobbed off by customer service. #BoycottHisense

@HisenseUK__ Never buy anything from HiSense as aftercare customer service is terrible. Been having issue with HiSense washer dryer since November. Engineers fit two parts which didn’t fix machine and haven’t been back since. Can’t get hold of any engineers. #boycotthisense
