JUST IN: The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center has released a press statement clarifying its prior issued extension on the 24-hour ultimatum had only covered popular forum website Reddit, excluding communication app Discord.

Although Discord had also contacted the CICC with regard to the app's existing child safety measures, several ISPs were already being reported to have blocked Discord as of today, September 23.

JUST IN: Discord is blocked on devices using DITO and Globe mobile internet services.
The ban comes after the recent directive by the CICC on Discord and Reddit to have Philippine representatives - an order which both sites have already complied earlier today.
