Boyce came back after a 20 minute break. Motions are going to be discussed. Two motions. One is a notice from the court regarding designation of victims.

Boyce will rule on the motions tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. Jurors will be brought in at 9 a.m. Court is done for the day.
