Acey Morrison, 30, of Rapid City, was shot on Sunday morning at a mobile home on Country Road.

The circumstances of the shooting are unclear. The PCSO said the shooter has been identified and was being interviewed on Sunday. No arrests have been announced.

Benita Cisneros was also arrested. The RCPD said Cisneros was identified as the driver of a get-away vehicle for Yellow Bird following the the Saturday deaths at Knollwood Heights Apartments on Surfwood Drive.

Chase Quick Bear, 20, and Rochelle Janis, 15, are still at-large.

Tonight Rosebud tribal law enforcement arrested 17-year-old Robert Yellow Bird, one of the suspects wanted for the death of two men on Saturday at Knollwood Heights Apartments on Surfwood Drive. Yellow Bird was also wanted for a non-lethal shooting of a juvenile male on Aug. 17.
