@janninereid1 Ugh, just left a store with a screaming (as in yelling) toddler trying to get her way. Mother ignored her and let her yell while customers looked pleadingly to the mother to shut-her-up. So my answer to the question is….it’s parents. Respect & courtesy with discipline is taught.
