1.RF detection equipment will help you pinpoint the source of interference so you know exactly where the disruption is coming from.

2.Set up Faraday cages or bags around your key devices to block RF signals and prevent jamming or interception. Have your phones always inside the Faraday bags whenever not in use

3.Switch to 100% wired communication (Ethernet) when you can, and for wireless communication, stick to encrypted apps like Signal to ensure your private messages stay private.

4.Get yourself a Thuraya satellite phone or similar satellite-based device. These can bypass local jamming and offer secure communication that’s hard to tap into.

5.For the ultimate in security, consider using a Blackphone or something similar. These privacy-focused devices offer encrypted communication and enhanced security, making it nearly impossible for anyone to snoop on your data.
