Le problème, c'est qu'avant même d'arriver sur le bureau d'un recruteur, votre CV est souvent analysé par un ATS. Si votre candidature ne correspond pas suffisamment à l'offre, elle peut être écartée sans qu'aucun humain ne la voie.

C'est aussi pour ça qu'envoyer le même CV partout fonctionne de moins en moins. Chaque poste attend des compétences, des mots-clés et une présentation différents.

One mistake I keep seeing during job hunts:
