On 20th April at NOWIP press conference, I explained the Sovereignty Bill in our local language(Samia) for Busia people. I focused on how it harms the youth (70% of Uganda’s population) and shrinks women’s political space. We reject this bill! #BinTheBill#NOWIP
Congratulations @Leniacharity , MP for Vurra County, on your appointment to the NRM Central Executive Committee (CEC). Becoming the youngest ever member of the party’s highest decision-making organ is a remarkable milestone and an inspiration 2 young leaders. Wishing you success
An honour sharing a moment with @DaltonKaweesa after an insightful conversation on Deep Dive. Grateful for the opportunity to discuss leadership, governance, and the future of our country.
Every platform to speak, learn, & inspire is a blessing. The journey continues.

🚨UPDATE: I saw this video clip of Uganda police officers pushing a woman underneath the Patrol truck with men.
●These same police patrol trucks (underneath) are used as funeral vans in transporting dead bodies to mulago
●why don't female MPS talk about this in parliament?
These teachers were arrested reportedly for calling a PTA meeting in a UPE school asked the parents to pay some money for sugar and a snack to their kids who are in UPE.
One parent protested and called the police which treated them like that.
Uganda continues to face a maternal health crisis, with high mortality rates and limited access to essential medicines. The revenue lost through extended tax exemptions could instead bridge this gap and directly improve women’s health outcomes. #TaxBillsUG
Honored and humbled to be appointed President of the Forum for Muslim Women in Leadership (FOMWOL). This is a new chapter in our journey to champion vision, leadership, and impact for Muslim women across Uganda. Together, we’ll break barriers and uplift the next generation.
Honored that the sisters unanimously chose me as President of @Fomwol256 Forum for Muslim Women in Leadership. First meeting today was powerful. Grateful for the trust, ready to serve and empower every sister. Let’s rise together! 🤲

Grateful for the time with Hon. Minister for Youth. But more importantly, this moment is a reminder that young leaders are not waiting! We are ready to lead, to serve, and to transform Uganda. The future is not ahead of us it is us. 🇺🇬

What does it take to sustain impact over 15 years and scale it even further?
Yesterday, we hosted a #StrategicBreakfast Meeting, bringing together partners and supporters for a moment of reflection, dialogue, and forward thinking.
As we look back on a 17-year journey of working alongside communities, we recognize that progress of this nature is never achieved alone. It is shaped through partnership, shared learning, and a collective commitment to long-term impact.
The conversations in the room were thoughtful and energizing, grounded in experience, but focused on what more can be done to strengthen and expand this work in the years ahead.
We were especially encouraged by the willingness to engage deeply, to ask critical questions, and to contribute ideas that will help refine @MEMPROWUganda next phase.
To everyone who joined us, we extend our sincere gratitude. Your partnership continues to play a vital role in advancing this mission.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to building scalable, community-driven solutions and to working with partners who are equally committed to sustainable, measurable impact.
We welcome continued conversations with those interested in supporting and investing in this next chapter.
