AI can produce 20 versions of a draft in minutes. Knowing which one is good still takes a person.

Halloween doesn't start on October 31. For Nextdoor neighbors, it starts in September.
35% of neighbors begin decorating more than a month out. 48% shop for supplies 4-6 weeks ahead. Only 15% wait until the final two weeks.

Zip codes treat neighbors a few streets apart as one audience. At #Adweek, Nextdoor's Andrew Super walked through Neighborhood Intelligence, which splits a market into mapped neighborhoods tied to verified addresses so brands can match the message to the block.
Treat Map is back, and for the first time, Halloween events and local attractions get a pin of their own.
In the U.S., the map, which is sponsored by @reeses, also features Reese’s Trick-or-Treatiest Street in America, the brand’s nationwide search celebrating the communities that go all in on Halloween.
This year, neighbors choose what to add to the Treat Map: their home, or a local spot like a corn maze or a bakery handing out apple cider. The idea behind this year's map is that Halloween in a neighborhood is bigger than any one house. Tags tell visitors what to expect, and parents planning a trick-or-treat route can filter for non-food treats and pet treats.
Treat Map is live in the U.S., U.K. and Canada through October 31. Find it in the Nextdoor app or at https://t.co/JnzJjZTIDl.
Today we introduced Neighborhood Intelligence, an advertising data engine that reaches any of 350,000 neighborhoods, with roughly 12x the granularity of ZIP-code targeting. It's built on a graph of verified neighbors tied to real addresses. @BusinessInsider has the news: https://t.co/nBV0svmWny
Two neighborhoods in the same zip code can have completely different shopping behaviors. Today we're introducing Neighborhood Intelligence — giving national brands the neighborhood-level precision local advertising has been missing. More at #AWNY today, 11 AM ET on the Game Changers stage.

He's one of five honorees we're spotlighting this week. Read more: https://t.co/qi2PV3ZF40 #GoodNeighborDay
Ica Shaull came home from the hospital to recover alone. Her neighbor Dan Schaefer organized meals for weeks and has taken her bins to the curb every Wednesday since.
That was five months ago. He's still doing it.
