Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud:
The management of the strait was working fine before the conflict. There were no issues.
Ships were navigating freely. There was no safety issue. There was no environmental issue. There were no issues.
So why should we now, as a result of a conflict, accept some novel arrangement that is going to be imposed on it? That, to me, doesn't make sense.
So I think we need to go back to the way it was, and that worked fine, and that should be the end of it.
Israel is surrounded by hostile enemies.
Iran is surrounded by hostile enemies.
Israel has the right to defend itself.
Iran has the right to defend itself.
Israel is only targeting Hamas.
Iran is only targeting “US assets.”
The level of stupidity or complicity required to parrot these same slogans to manufacture consent for attacking the GCC is astounding.
Yes, of course the Arabs should condemn the war in Iran when Iran is lashing out at the GCC harder than it’s lashing out at its attackers.
Brilliant strategy, it won’t stop the war but it would appease the idiots cheering on Iran with hot air and a dash of impunity for its crimes.
And they wonder why Arabs have a problem unifying… Iran, and it supporters are just tools of the Zionist agenda.
🔴 We have waited for this. And now it’s happening: a stark rebuke of the Islamic regime in Iran by one of the Arab world's most senior diplomats.
Iran’s ideology claims it defends Islamic causes. But the bare facts are now exposed: for 47 years Iran has used a proxy network funding and promoting Hezbollah, the Houthis, Hamas, and allied militias across Iraq, Syria, & Sudan all in the name of “a resistance movement defending Islam and the Palestinian cause”. It is a sham that many fell for.
Arabs countries finally calling bs on Iran is highly significant and the final nail in the coffin of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
