So I want airtel to take actions against these employees Mr Suresh, Mr Kinjal and Mr Chauhan

My disappointing experience with @airtelindia

I raised the request this morning: and Mr Chauhan (Phone Number: [phone])
He came and Took the 2500 RS advance
He said it'll be installed today

@airtelindia It's so disappointing after being with airtel for over 20 years, in our family we have 27 airtel connections 14 being Postpaid and 4 more added recently under my Grandson on whome the wifi was being raised

@airtelindia basically "If your dad has the spirits get this wifi installed here" and his technician left the building leaving everything here, came back with police and says we held it and do know we have everything on CAMERA, and said he cancelled it and wifi will not be installed here

@airtelindia Visited and then he tried for over 3 Hours and then he couldn't and said he will just do it tomorrow
We were very disappointed and clearly raised my concerns, then the Mr Kinjal ([phone]) Team leader used very fowl language and said .. well the words I can't even use
