I recently suffered numerous personal setbacks, some natural some my own fault

Acknowledged my mental health was a huge factor in my life and will always affect me

Using kaizen I opted to educate myself on mental health, nutrition and philosophy

So far it's working 🤞

It also helped me to write for myself. First write down all the things I felt and all the steps which lead to my mistake. Then I wrote the lessons I learned and then I brainstormed all the possible ways forward. Possible solutions.
