@kenjilopezalt I grew up in Vietnam, but my family oppose to have Ajinomoto product as seasonings at home because of its potential effects on the kidney in the long run. As a cook, it seems like a “cheat salt”. With no nutritional values, a tiny bit can transform some okay broth to umami good.
