How a trip to Lochinvar National Park ignited a passion for astrophotography.

Unlike many parts of the world where city lights and pollution obstruct the view of the stars, in Zambia, just 30 – 40 kilometres outside of major cities, you can witness the full majesty of the night sky.

In this documentary short, Dr Mupanga Mwanakatwe, a passionate and dedicated Zambian astrophotographer, shares his journey into the art of astrophotography.

Today, via his online channel ZedAstro, he shares his expertise, hoping to inspire more Zambians to embrace the enchanting world of astrophotography.
